In Home Treatment Etiquette — For in home or corporate service, I will arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled treatment. Please provide a pillow, sheets and chair as I will supply the table. While I set up or prior to my arrival, you will be asked to fill out a Health History Form. This ensures a safe and comfortable treatment for you.
